Mobile full utility equine stock
This two-stall unit is loaded with proprietary features. The mare stall is fitted with a U-notched rear gate, chest/rump bar, crowding slots, and a narrowing bar mounted above the secure but easily removable separation panel. A second narrowing bar can be added to the side gate. The foal stall allows for a safe environment for positioning the foal adjacent to the mare, resulting in minimal stress to mama and baby. When working without a foal, the second stall allows for working access and a pass through on both sides of the patient. The easy, tool-less, removal of the mare-foal separation panel gives unhindered access to the right side,(a hinged/removable outside kick panel for the side gate is also available-not shown).

For dental work, the reversible head retention tube allows for use on either end of the mare stall. Head retention can be obtained for donkeys and minis at the lower U-notch.
Use of a sling can be done safely due to the design of the cross supports and the full span of the head retention tube structure.
Entrance and exit gates are offered in several options. Choose from full length doors, which stop 1” from the floor, to partial length, which stop 12” from the floor.
The proprietary latches on all gates are “soft shut.” This allows the gates to close smoothly and quietly with little force, without the need to be near the handle to close a gate. They will also open under load. This maximizes safety for you and your patients.
The emergency removable post, (ERP), is an optional proprietary design to maintain the safety and structural strength of four post designs, but allow quick unhindered access/egress in an emergency. The post gives you protection while loading animals, closing the rear or side gates. It allows for the structural strength needed to use a sling on a patient when required. When the post is removed, the rear and side gates are simultaneously released and can be fully opened. The ERP can only be installed on units with a side load gate.
The space within the mare stall is adjustable to accommodate a wide size range. The U-notched rear gate, chest/rump bar (included), crowding slots, and narrowing bar mounted above the separation panel all combine to create a space to a custom size and to position the patient animal for desired procedures.
All panels on the unit are made of high density polyethylene. They are easily sterilized, chemical, UV & impact resistant. Standard 3/4” horse stall mats are sized and secured to floor panels to allow years of service. These materials, like all the materials used, are commonly available nation wide. All units are offered with or without electric brakes. Vinyl covered padding and a variety of accessory mounts can also be added

MOBILE UTILITY/DENTISTRY EQUINE STOCK

This stock is a single stall offering that allows access to the front, rear, and one side of the patient. This variation is a viable alternative to the full utility model when your work doesn’t benefit from the foal stall. It is for you to determine which features are included in order to customize the unit and cost to fit your situation.
If dentistry is your specialty or you feel you do not need the foal stall, the single stall configuration may be your best option. It offers a package of less weight, lower cross section and less cost.
The single stall unit as offered retains all of the features offered on the full utility unit except the foal stall and separation panel.

Like what you see, but don’t need a towable mobile unit?
Being the owner/operator of his own business since 1996 gives Tom the experience to know that no one knows your business the way you do! While design and building are his specialties, the particulars of your needs are yours. So if a towable mobile unit isn’t what you need, Tom can work with you to design, to the same high standards and specifications as his other units, a stand-alone portable or stationary unit that accommodates your needs.
Portable Equine Stock
If you like what you see, but don’t need a mobile unit that can be towed I can easily design to the same specifications as my other units, or to yours, a stand alone portable or stationary unit. A “portable” would have a solid floor integrated, would be built to be easily moved or loaded onto a trailer by forklift and sized accordingly for legal over the road transportation. There are a number of options available with the portable build that aren’t feasible on other models. The “Jack and Caster” option for instance allows easy in clinic mobility for even the most robust builds.
Stationary Equine Stock
Stationary builds could be built without floor and to be anchored onto a concrete floor. Stationary units can be configured without size constraints. Additionally, they can be shipped in modules or in kit form for final assembly on site.
